Music has never been just a profession for Manuel Gutierrez — it has been a lifelong calling rooted in faith, passion, creativity, and human connection.
Born in Costa Rica, Manuel grew up surrounded by a rich cultural and musical heritage. His family legacy includes a connection to José María Zeledón, the renowned writer of the lyrics of Costa Rica’s National Anthem, an influence that helped shape his appreciation for meaningful songwriting and artistic expression.
For more than four decades, Manuel has dedicated his life to music as a singer, songwriter, producer, arranger, performer, and worship leader. Throughout his career, he has written more than 300 original songs, combining heartfelt lyrics with melodic influences drawn from Latin Jazz, Bossa Nova, Soft Rock, Country, Motown, Caribbean rhythms, and timeless international music.
As a recording artist, Manuel released the album Cantaré Para Ti, a collection of songs inspired by faith, life experiences, love, hope, and personal reflection. In addition to his music career, he is also the author of the Spanish-language book Debes Perdonar, reflecting his passion for healing, forgiveness, restoration, and spiritual growth.
Manuel also brings extensive experience in music production and arrangement, developing original compositions and acoustic interpretations with a strong focus on emotion, atmosphere, and musical excellence.
Ordained as a Worship Pastor in Houston in 2000, Manuel has faithfully served in Christian music ministry for many years, leading bilingual worship services, special events, and faith-based gatherings with sincerity and devotion. His ministry continues to inspire audiences through messages of hope, gratitude, encouragement, and faith in God.
